An Introduction
Dhampirs are the result of sex between a male vampire and a normal human female. They themselves are half human half vampire. They generally have many of the Vampires strengths but with few of their weaknesses.
Often they are credited for being master hunters of Vampires as they have an innate ability to sense other Vampires, as well as being adept at killing them most the time.

Feeding
Generally Dhampirs have problems feeding like a normal Vampire would. The urge for blood is there but more often then not their human side compresses it down. This leads to most Dhampirs having silvery hair, though some are born with silver hair.
Some Dhampirs escape this by feeding frequently from Animals - although this is less sustaining then feeding from a human causing them to need to drink from many animals a day. Others, if they're lucky, can team with a strong vampire who lets them feed from him. Some Vampires result in having a veritable harem willing to do anything for him as long as they get to feed.

Limitations
Although Dhampirs are seen as far more powerful then vampires they do have some limitations. They can't stay out in the sunlight for too long or they suffer from the heat causing them to have to find somewhere shadey to rest. Also if a Dhampir doesn't feed for too long they will generally go into a blood lust, seeking blood from wherever they can get it - human or not.
Also while they may have a vampires speed, strength, etc they're generally limited as to how long they can use it without their bodies growing too weak.
